• By hiring my services, you automatically agree to the terms of service described in this document. 
• Please read the Terms of Service Before asking your commission, your project will be refused if you don’t agree to this terms.
• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
• You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
• If you violate this terms and agreements, your name will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

What I will do:

• Any artwork or art service specified in my Commission info page.

What I will NOT do:

• Hyper Realistic artwork
  
• Copy/trace of other artists work
• Copy/trace other artists style
• Fetish art
• Hateful art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.
  Ask if you are unsure.
• I reserve the right to decline your commission if I am unable to do it.

If you wish to order a commission for Comercial use, the total price of it, as well as any other rotaylties, will be agreed upfront the start of the project.

The price increase for comercial use will be +100% of the base price of the commission style, subject to changes based on the client’s funds and incomes.

The following are considerate commercial use: Reporoducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted the artwork (Patreon, YT, Personal sites, etc), use of the artwork in physical merch/products.

• I, the artist, hold all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. If the case, I’ll give proper credits to the commissioner when the art is posted/shared.
• Commissioner may NOT redistribute, heavily edit, change, reproduce, repost without credit, resell, claim ownership or delete sign/watermark from the artwork. 
• Commissioner may NOT make merchandise or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency without previous permission, unless it was agreed by both parts for it’s commercial use.
• The Commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• The Commissioner is allowed to print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• The Commissioner is allowed to use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. 
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
• Only if the commission was made for commercial use, and the price for that option was paid, the commissioner will keep the commercial rights of the Artwork, but I’m still the creator of the piece, so proper rights must be given.

• Commissions will be accepted only if they were send using the commission form in the following link: COMMISSION FORM
• Only the Commissions that filled this form correctly will be taken, you will receive a Mail notifying you when the Commission was accepted, if is not accepted, you will receive a Mail as well, specifying why it was not taken.
• I usually take up 2-4 days to respond for your initial inquiry, please be patient if you haven’t received an quick answer after you’ve submitted your commission.
• You have the right to set a deadline for your commission, this must be disclosed prior to payment
• If due dates are discussed, it is also the client’s responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
• I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance. I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks to begin work on your project, and an additional 4 to work on said project.

• The time for your commission to be completed could be from 2 week to 3 months. depending on the art complexity and your position on the Commission waitlist.
• Commissions with a high Level of complexity can take a maximum of 6 months to be made.
• This Delivery Times apply for EVERY COMMISSION on my list, keep this in mind before commissioning my work.
• Rush fees only put your project on priority order, this will not make the art being made faster (unless a deadline was discussed in advance), delivery times will be the same.

• Payments can only be made with Credit Card or Paypal (no other payment apps are accepted) 
• Crypto Currency payments are not allowed.
• No Commission will be started until 100% of the payment is made (in case of commissions with a price above $100 USD, 50% of the payment must be made before starting the project), also, commissions will be worked in the order the payment was completed, unless a Rush Fee is Paid. Once payment is made, Commissions will be added to the work waitlist (accessible to the public in the future)
• Rush fees are equal to +50% of the base price of the commission, Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided. 

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
• Refunds will not be made once I started the project.
• I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.
• I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
• If a project is cancelled with progress already made, ONLY 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
• If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
• You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

• Once a project is finished, a max of free 3 changes/corrections can be done per commission. For each extra change, price will be 25% of the base price per change.
• After 48 hours of receiving final art piece, no more changes will be made. You can ask permission to make edits yourself.
• Big changes will not be accepted once the final piece was finished.

Examples:

Changes allowed: (Such as small coloring/marking mistakes, missed something.)
Changes not allowed: anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

During the entire process WIPs will be send to the client to make sure everything fits the client’s requirements. Please make sure to make the biggest corrections to the project on the sketching process, once that phase is approved, you will not be able to make big changes during the inking or painting process.

After this phase is approved, a base color WIP will be sent to you before the rendering phase, so make sure the colors chosen fits your requirements

NOTE: Quick Chibi Commissions will not send WIPS, so make sure to be as specific as you can when asking for that commission option. 

• There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
• The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
• I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
• Credit to the Artist is required when you post or use it on another platform.
• the Client, is responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
• Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
• I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.
• Feedback on the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
• Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
